Hi, I’m Samantha, owner and managing director of Hype Distribution.
With 20 years experience across business transformation, strategy, marketing, brand, design, print, campaign execution and a background spanning FMCG, performing arts, government and tourism... I understand the importance of connecting the right message with the right audience, in the right place.
Having grown up in South Gippsland and spending ten years living across various parts in Melbourne, I now call Geelong home and enjoy exploring our state with my family in our caravan. This exposure helps me bring a strong understanding of both metro and regional markets across tourism and events.
I’m passionate about supporting all regions of Victoria, small businesses, experiences, accomodation and events through effective, targeted marketing solutions.
History
I founded Street Hype, specialising in street poster, magazine and flyer distribution across the Geelong region until I was introduced to Alister, a legend in the Victorian tourism industry.
Alister ran Southern Brochures for 22 years and at 74, he retired and I was honoured to take on the business to continue his 22 year legacy.
Today
Hype Distribution brings these two services together to provide a complete marketing, print and distribution solution.
Covering every need for destinations, events, accommodation providers, tourism experiences, councils, the arts and small businesses.
I now travel thousands of km's hand delivering tourism guides and maps to over 85 Information centres across Victoria and boarder towns.
